This refund policy explains how refunds are handled for all services provided by OLAIRE.ai, including training, workshops, consulting, and digital support.

1. General Approach
OLAIRE.ai provides services that involve time, planning and preparation. Because of this, refunds depend on the timing of the request and the type of service booked.

2. Workshops and Training Sessions

Cancellations by you

More than 7 days before the session
You can cancel and receive a full refund or move your booking to a new date at no cost. -
Between 7 and 48 hours before the session
You can reschedule the session for a new date, but refunds are not available at this time. -
Less than 48 hours before the session or no show
The session cannot be refunded or rescheduled, as time has already been allocated and preparation work has been completed.​

Cancellations by OLAIRE.ai
If OLAIRE.ai needs to cancel or reschedule for any reason, you will be offered:

A full refund, or
-
A new date that suits you

3. Consulting and Ongoing Services
For ongoing work such as social media support, lead generation or AI consulting:

Payments already made cannot be refunded, as work starts from the moment the month begins.

If you wish to stop the service, you can cancel for the next month with 30 days' notice.

Any unused part of the current month is not refundable.

4. Digital Products or Resources
If digital items are ever offered (guides, templates, prompt packs and so on), these are non-refundable once delivered, as they cannot be returned.

6. Fairness and Flexibility
Life happens. If there are special circumstances, reach out, and we will always try to help where possible.
